Rule 98
Bidding Procedure

(1) Interested persons, firms, organizations or companies who wish to purchase documents related to the tender should collect the following fees from the body or two or more other bodies designated by the body or two or more other bodies designated by the body or two or more other body designated by the body or two or more other bodies designated by the body and the signature and office seal of the authorized officer or the employee designated by him. (2) If any person, firm, company or institution makes a written request to send documents related to tenders or documents related to call for proposals to pay the fees and postage or courier fees as per sub-rule (1), the relevant local body shall send postal or courier to such person, firm, company or institution.
